How
long will it take to find the right position?
Search time varies based on the candidate’s
background and the type of position required. A candidate’s
search may be as short as a week or as long as several
months depending on specific needs. Live-in searches
typically take longer than live-out searches because
of the unique structure of the live-in market and the
additional criteria for desired living quarters. Your
placement counselor may be able to give you a better
idea of how long your particular search may take.
